Delivery time for Europe: 5-7 working days
Delivery time for Rest of the world: 7-12 working days
2. Express delivery via TNT (optional) – 27.00 EUR
Delivery time: 1-3 working days (depends on the destination country).
*Please be aware that the delivery time with Deutsche Post depends on the specific transit time for each country and could be also influenced by local public holidays, weather conditions and other unpredictable situation.
We always provide with the tracking ID no matter which shipping option you are going to chose.

Because of the upcoming Winter Holidays and the overload of the international carriers, please have on mind that some delays in the delivery are possible for orders dispatched in the period: mid of November 2018 – the first week of January 2019.

In case you want to return the item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. Date of receipt is the delivery day shown in the tracking system of the shipping company.
Before sending goods back please contact us by email to make us aware of your intentions. We would like to explore with you which possibilities can be applied in your case.
We regret we cannot issue a refund for underwear unless the packaging is unopened and intact.
The amount which we are refunding back is the full product price. Please be aware that we are not refunding the shipment cost that you have paid initially as this cost already accrued. In case you have used our FREE shipping option, please be aware that the refunded amount would be the product price minus 9.40 euro which is the shipping cost Espressivo Club have covered to deliver to you.
In addition you are obligated to carry the return shipment cost
In order to avoid any customs charges please make sure you mark your item clearly RETURN : NO COMMERCIAL VALUE as any charges incurred for returning goods back to us for refund are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that your money will be refunded within 3 days of the item(s) being received. An email will be sent to confirm that we have processed your return.
EspressivoClub cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of products returned to us, so we advise you to retain your record/proof of tracking. Please ensure your parcel is securely sealed and clearly labelled.
