Returns policy

The rules below define the conditions for Return, Exchange and Cancellation of orders placed at 



In case you want to return an item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. Date of receipt is the delivery day shown in the tracking system of the shipping company. Ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. 

Before sending goods back, please contact us by email to make us aware of your intention.  

The return shipping cost are obligation of the Buyer and they depends on the tariffs of the carrier you decide to use.    


In order to avoid any customs charges please make sure you mark your item clearly RETURN: NO COMMERCIAL VALUE as any charges incurred for returning goods back to us for refund are the responsibility of the Buyer and will be deducted from the refund. 

We recommend using registered mail service as this will allow to any of us to track the parcel along the way. EspressivoClub cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of products returned to us, so we advise you to retain your record/proof of tracking. Items not returned will not be refunded. Items received in a damage condition, with traces of use (dandruff, hair, peeled skin and similar), crushed and lost their good commercial look will not be refunded but sent back to their Buyer.  

To prevent wrinkles on the leather and to keep the good commercial look of the item, please fold it (if needed) in a way protecting the leather from crumpling and put it well in its original textile bag. Pack in a new or in reusable bubbly envelope or a paper box, stick and wrap securely. Please ensure your parcel is securely sealed and clearly labelled.

The amount which we are refunding back is the full product price. Please be aware that we are not refunding the shipment cost that you have paid initially as this cost already accrued. In case you have used our FREE shipping option, please be aware that the refunded amount would be the product price minus 15.90 euro which is the shipping cost EspressivoClub have initially covered to deliver to you. 

Please note that your money will be refunded within 3 working days of the item being received. Refund will be issued in the form of the original payment. An email will be sent to confirm that we have processed your return.  

Special notes:

Underwear and lingerie are only refunded if returned unused, unopened from their original paper wrapping. EspressivoClub reserves to deny any return if it is suspected that the above conditions are not met. 

Customized items are non-refundable – please take your time when ordering these items and work upfront with our Customer Service team for clearing all details. 


We accept exchange of the items. If you prefer another size, please email us within 7 days of receipt. Ship back the item for exchange within 14 days of delivery.  

The rules for return the item for exchange entirely follow the Returning Policy. 

In 5 working days of receiving the item for exchange we will sew and ship the new item and provide you with the new tracking ID. 

The shipping costs for transporting the new exchanged item are covered ONE time by EspressivoClub. The used service is Standard shipping. In case you prefer the exchanged item to be shipped with shipping service different than the Standard, the shipping fee should be entirely covered by the Buyer. 

Because of health and hygiene reasons Underwear and Lingerie cannot be exchanged. 


If you decide to cancel the order, please be aware that this is only possible if the product is still not dispatched. 

Please pay attention that regarding their Tax Policies some Payment Providers keep the processing fees for refunded transactions. If this is the case with the payment provider you have used to pay your order, we will reduce the refund with the already deducted by the provider fee and taxes from the amount.
