To take correct measurements, please measure your head straight across your forehead just above your ears and over the most bulbous part of the back of your head (see the picture)

Which size to choose if your forehead circumference is on the border of S-M AND M-L?

In that case we recommend choosing M-L – based on our own experience the bigger size of the half hood lays better on a head with forehead circumference in the border of the two ranges.
